Surface Finishing FAQ
What is the standard finish for CNC parts?
Can you color match paints?
Yes, we can color match to standard Pantone (PMS) or RAL color codes. Please specify the exact code and gloss level (Matte/Satin/Gloss) when quoting.
Do finishes affect tolerances?
Yes. Paint and powder coat add thickness (typically 0.05-0.1mm), while anodizing adds very little. Masking is available if you need to maintain tight tolerances on specific surfaces (e.g., bearing bores).
