INDUSTRIES
LOW VOLUME MANUFACTURING & RAPID PROTOTYPING
Small batches still need clear inspection scope. For each RFQ, engineers confirm which dimensions, materials, finishes, and documents should be checked before production.
CORE CAPABILITIES
End-to-end manufacturing support from prototype to production with engineer-confirmed tolerances, documentation, and lead times.
CNC Machining
3/4/5-axis milling and mill-turn for aluminum, stainless, titanium, and engineering plastics. Tolerance targets and surface finish are confirmed after drawing review.

How We Work
From CAD upload to export handoff. Timeline is confirmed after geometry, material, finish, inspection scope, and route review.
Upload CAD File
Upload your designs (STEP, IGES, STL) to our secure online portal.
Quote & DFM Review
Engineer-reviewed quote with DFM feedback within 24 hours for complete RFQs; complex projects may take up to 48 hours.
Production Starts
In-process inspection at each stage. First Article Inspection (FAI) for critical parts when agreed during RFQ.
Parts Shipped
Inspection reports, material certificates, COC, CMM or FAI documents can be prepared when agreed during RFQ. Required documentation should be confirmed before production.
Why You Can Trust DFocus PROTOTYPE
We understand what delays cost your product timeline. RFQ scope, DFM risk, inspection needs, and delivery assumptions are reviewed before production starts.
DFM Review Before Production
Complete RFQs are usually reviewed within 24 hours; complex DFM or multi-process reviews may take up to 48 hours. We flag manufacturing risks before production starts.
Manufacturing roots. Prototype and low-volume project experience.
Experience across medical-device prototyping, aerospace fixtures, and automotive programs. We have seen edge cases new suppliers often miss.
In-House + Vetted Partners
In-house CNC capacity with vetted partner overflow when needed; inspection scope stays documented before production.
Global Track Record
Overseas RFQs supported across multiple regions. We document what is promised before production and shipment.

Our facilities undergo rigorous audits to ensure the highest quality standards.
Quality Control
When quoting, our production engineers will analyze the design and requirements, and provide DFM for tooling if needed.
DFocus prototype performs incoming material inspection. We also provide testing certifications for materials if required for approval.
During production, every step will be inspected to ensure strict adherence to specifications.
Before packing, a certificate of conformity will be required from QC to verify final quality.
Parts will be safely packed and labeled with Item No. and PO No. for easy customer identification.
Customer feedback with source context
These notes are anonymized from direct customer feedback. Company names and exact drawings are withheld unless separately authorized; project type, source, date status, and authorization boundary are shown so buyers know how to read each quote.
Prototype RFQ communication and price clarity
“Communication stayed accurate from the start, the design requirements were followed, and pricing was clear enough for our internal prototype decision.”
