Advanced Molding Capabilities
Beyond standard injection molding, we offer specialized processes for complex multi-material parts.

Overmolding
Chemically bond multiple materials in a single part. Perfect for adding soft-touch rubber grips (TPE/TPU) to rigid plastic handles, improving ergonomics and durability without adhesives.

Insert Molding
Encapsulate metal inserts (threaded fasteners, bushings, contacts) within plastic parts. This enhances strength and reliability for electronic connectors, medical devices, and handheld tools.
Finishing & Secondary Operations
We deliver production-ready parts with a wide range of post-molding services.
Painting & Color Matching
Custom color matching (Pantone/RAL) and texture painting for aesthetic surfaces.
Pad Printing & Silk Screen
High-quality logo and text application on flat or curved surfaces.
Laser Engraving
Permanent marking for serial numbers, barcodes, and logos.
Ultrasonic Welding
Bonding two or more plastic components together securely without adhesives.
Heat Staking
Inserting metal components or joining parts using thermal deformation.
Assembly & Packaging
Full sub-assembly and retail-ready packaging services.

SPI Mold Class Standards
We adhere to SPI standards to help you balance mold life and cost. Choose the right tooling class for your production volume.
| Class | Cycles | Description | Steel |
|---|---|---|---|
| Class 101 | > 1 Million | Extremely high volume. Fast cycle times. | H13, S136 (Hardened) |
| Class 102 | < 1 Million | Medium to high volume production. | P20, H13 (Pre-hardened) |
| Class 103 | < 500k | Standard production mold. Most popular. | P20 (Pre-hardened) |
| Class 104 | < 100k | Low volume production / Bridge tooling. | P20 or Aluminum equivalent |
| Class 105 | < 500 | Prototype mold. Lowest cost. | Aluminum / Mild Steel |
Injection Molding FAQ
What plastics can you use with injection molding?
We support over 100 thermoplastic materials, including standard plastics (ABS, PP, PE) and engineering materials (Nylon, Delrin, PEEK, Ultem). We can also utilize custom compounds with glass, talc, or UV stabilizers.
Why should I use plastic injection molding?
Injection molding is the most cost-effective method for mass production. While the initial mold cost is higher, the unit price drops significantly as volume increases, offering consistency, scalability, and repeatability.
Do you handle mold storage and maintenance?
Yes, for production molds kept at our facility, we provide free lifetime maintenance and storage. We ensure your mold is clean, oiled, and ready for your next production run.
What is the typical lead time for injection molding?
Mold fabrication typically takes 2-4 weeks depending on complexity. After mold approval, T1 samples are ready in 3-5 days, and production runs can be completed in 1-2 weeks for most volumes.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We have no strict MOQ. With rapid tooling (aluminum molds), we can economically produce as few as 100 parts. For steel molds, 1,000+ parts is recommended to optimize per-unit cost.
Do you offer overmolding and insert molding?
Yes, we specialize in multi-material molding including overmolding (soft-touch grips on rigid parts) and insert molding (metal inserts encapsulated in plastic).

Ready for Mass Production?
Unlimited capacity, strict quality control, and global shipping.
