01Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an order or request for quotation ("RFQ") to DFocus Rapid Prototype ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the Customer ("you") agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all custom manufacturing services including CNC Machining, Injection Molding, 3D Printing, and Sheet Metal Fabrication.
02Orders and Specifications
All orders are subject to acceptance by DFocus Rapid Prototype. We manufacture parts based strictly on the 3D CAD data and 2D drawings provided by you.
Important: In the event of a conflict, written RFQ notes and approved 2D drawings control critical dimensions, tolerances, materials, finishes, and inspection requirements; 3D CAD controls nominal geometry unless otherwise agreed in writing.
03Pricing and Payment
- QuotationsQuotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the design or specifications change after the quote is issued.
- Payment TermsStandard terms are 50% deposit with order, 50% prior to shipment, unless credit terms have been approved in writing.
- CurrencyAll prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
04Quality and Returns
We guarantee that parts will meet the agreed-upon specifications and tolerances.

Must notify within 3 business days of receipt.
Reports
Provide detailed report & photos of non-conformance.

Rework, Remake, or Refund at our discretion.
05Intellectual Property (IP)
We take IP protection seriously. You retain full ownership of your designs, CAD files, and technical data.
06Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only with our written consent. If an order is cancelled, you are responsible for all costs incurred up to the time of cancellation, including materials, labor, and tooling charges.
07Tooling Ownership and Storage
Tooling ownership, storage period, maintenance, transfer, and disposal must be written in the accepted quotation, purchase order, or tooling agreement. If the quote does not state customer-owned tooling, tooling remains controlled by DFocus or the producing partner.
For injection molding and die casting projects, storage and disposition are project-specific. If no orders are placed within the agreed storage period, we will contact you regarding maintenance, transfer, disposal, or renewal options.
08Export and Customs Responsibility
Unless the accepted quotation states otherwise, export packing, carrier handoff, customs paperwork, import duties, taxes, delivery terms, restricted-use declarations, and destination-country compliance responsibilities must be confirmed before shipment. DFocus can support export handoff documents, but the buyer remains responsible for providing accurate end-use, destination, and import information.
09Governing Law
Unless a signed quotation, purchase order, or written service agreement states otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China, unless the accepted quotation or written agreement specifies another forum.
