Our Precision Machining Services

From milling to grinding, we use advanced technology to meet your most demanding specifications.

Precision CNC Milling

Precision CNC Milling

Multi-axis milling capability depends on material, feature access, fixturing, finish, and inspection method. Critical dimensions and measurable tolerances are confirmed from drawings before production.

Precision CNC Turning

Precision CNC Turning

Ideal for cylindrical cuts. Our CNC turning lathes provide accuracy and repeatability for functional prototypes, spacers, manifolds, fittings, shafts, and bushings.

Precision EDM & Wire EDM

Precision EDM & Wire EDM

Cut a variety of electrically conductive materials like steel, bronze, copper, and titanium. Ideal for delicate parts and tight corner radii where conventional tools can't reach.

Precision Grinding

Precision Grinding

For very tight tolerances and smooth finishes. Grinding is best suited for tiny metal parts and components for medical devices, aerospace parts, and scientific instruments.

Specialized Precision Aluminum Machining

We specialize in precision CNC machining of aluminum. Our high-speed spindles are perfect for aluminum enclosures, reflectors, and mold cores, offering rapid material removal and fine detailing.

Whether you need a quick-turnaround aluminum prototype or a high-volume order, we have the flexibility to scale.

Precision Machining FAQ

What is CNC Precision Machining?

Precision CNC machining is used when functional dimensions, material behavior, and inspection method need to be reviewed before production. It supports repeatable prototype and low-volume parts when geometry is suitable.

Do You Have A Minimum Order Quantity?

Many CNC prototype routes can start from a single part, while repeat batches are reviewed against setup, inspection, and material economics.

When to choose precision machining?

Choose precision machining when ordinary shop tolerances are not enough and the drawing defines critical features, inspection method, and acceptance criteria.
