Quels formats de fichiers acceptez-vous ?
We accept STEP, STP, IGES, DXF, DWG, and PDF with dimensions. For flat patterns, DXF is preferred. STEP/STP is recommended for 3D parts with bend information.
What is the minimum bend radius?
Minimum inside bend radius is typically equal to the material thickness. For example, 1mm sheet should have minimum 1mm inside radius. Sharper bends may cause cracking.
What is your typical lead time?
Lead time is confirmed after DXF/STEP review, material availability, bend complexity, finish, inspection scope, quantity, and queue capacity.
Do you offer design assistance?
For complete RFQs, engineers can review manufacturability risks and suggest cost or quality improvements. DFM scope is confirmed before quote.
