5-Axis CNC 가공
서비스
DFocus PROTOTYPE offers 5-axis route review for complex plastic and metal parts where geometry, access, fixturing, finish, and inspection scope need engineering confirmation.
- High Precision for Complex Geometries
- Single Setup for Multi-Sided Parts
- Faster Production, Lower Costs
Simultaneous and 3+2 routes available; tolerance is confirmed after drawing, material, fixturing, finish, and inspection review.

Machine Capabilities
Our 5-axis centers are reviewed for demanding prototype geometry. Final capability depends on material, feature access, fixturing, finish, inspection method, and queue capacity.

Simultaneous 5-Axis vs. 3+2 Axis
Choose the right strategy for your part's complexity and budget.
Simultaneous 5축 가공
All 5 axes move at the same time. This is essential for parts with complex contoured surfaces like turbine blades and impellers. It provides superior surface finish as the tool maintains optimal contact constantly.
3+2 Axis Machining
The machine locks the A and B axes at a fixed angle while the X, Y, and Z move. This is effectively 3-axis machining on a tilted plane. It is excellent for deep holes, undercuts, and features on multiple sides without re-fixturing.
산업 분야 Served

로봇 및 자동화
Complex manifolds and structural components where lightweighting, datum strategy, and inspection scope need engineering review.

의료
의료-device prototype housings, non-implant mechanical parts, and test fixtures made from titanium and stainless steel when documentation scope is agreed during RFQ.

자동차
Engine components, housings, and custom performance parts such as master cylinder prototypes.
Anonymized Project Notes
Complex Impeller Success
The 5-axis impeller path was reviewed around blade profile, setup strategy, surface finish, and inspection scope before machining.
Useful for complex prototype fixtures
3+2 setup planning helped review side features, fixture access, and inspection points before quoting a detailed prototype part.
5-Axis FAQ
What Is 5-Axis CNC 가공?
5-axis CNC machining uses a cutting tool that moves along five axes (X, Y, Z, A, and B) simultaneously. This enables precise fabrication of complex organic shapes in a single setup.
When Does 5축 가공 Make Sense?
It makes sense for parts with complex geometries, contoured surfaces, or features on multiple sides. It reduces setup time and fixtures, often leading to better accuracy and lower overall cost for complex parts.
What Is The Difference Between 3, 4, And 5축 가공?
3-axis is for simple geometries (X, Y, Z). 4-axis adds a rotary axis (usually A), good for cylinders or side features. 5-axis adds tilt and swivel (A & B), providing maximum versatility for complex 3D shapes.
